Our lab is driven by a fundamental question: How do tumor cells evolve under therapeutic pressure, and can we anticipate or even reshape their seemingly inevitable evolutionary trajectory?

To address this challenge, our lab is dedicated to deciphering the complexity of tumor evolution through the lens of multi-omics, spanning genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and clinical dimensions. By reconstructing the tumor evolutionary dynamics, we seek to uncover the fundamental driver programs that govern therapeutic response and resistance, ultimately advancing the realization of precision oncology therapy.
